We were so pleased to do business with Earl Johnston Roofing. The staff was always professional. Our sales rep Mike, and whole support staff, Meg, Jamie and Rick were extremely courteous and always available to answer any of our questions or concerns throughout our roof replacement. The workers were on time and conscientious about leaving our property clean and neat each day. We would highly recommend Earl Johnston Roofing to our friends and neighbors.
The guys did a great job of finding and repairing a leak that a previous local roofer missed
In March EJ replaced new roof to great satisfaction. My daughter's home had a leak that was repaired 2 years ago by another roofing company. Last month it started leaking, again. She called the same company to come out to look at the problem. After playing phone tag and then silence from the other company, I called Earl Johnston to take a look. It turned out that the other company was not effective at finding the source of the leak. The EJ crew did a more intensive investigation to find the leak and also some rotted decking. We are very pleased with their professionalism even down to providing a step by step photos of damage and repairs.
