Very helpful, honest and professional
Excellent price, excellent work (I've looked at their customers roofs). Eric presented a very professional and honest assessment. He answered all my questions, discussed all the high end materials used, and still bid under all my other quotes. I trust this roofer, I know they will do a great job.
I met Mike the sales manager 2 years ago and at that time he said I did not need a new roof, while other companies told me otherwise. I knew right then that when it was time I would call Mike at Earl Johnston. 2 years later… my insurance company is cancelling me, so I called! Mike was just as professional as he was when I first met him. He explained everything and was patient with all my requests. I signed the contract and looking forward to my new roof! So far so good and expect nothing but the best from this company. They may be a tad more expensive, but I feel the service, professionalism and peace of mind is worth it! When I first called, the receptionist was nice as could be and VERY friendly. I got 2 different people, and both made me feel glad I called!
