"From the phone contact person to the estimator to the work crew, all were extremely helpful, friendly and professional.
The actual cost was exactly what was estimated and considerably less than my expectations. The job was scheduled and completed quickly and performed in a very clean workmanlike manner. There was no personal clean up needed by myself. (That was a huge surprise to me as I always expect after tradesman cleanups)
This project went so smoothly I feel I finely did something right in my life and was rewarded for it."

He was very courteous , explained what they were doing. Also explained that some material needed to be change. Said material not used was taken back. Hope that will bring done the extra cost. They all did great.
As an elderly couple who isn't familiar (except for the obvious, i.e. leaks) with the roofing business, Mike Wilde EXCEEDED expectations. He conducted a thorough, unrushed inspection. Furthermore, Mike stated his findings, supported by pictures and offered recommendations to correct at a very reasonable price and preserve our roof which we were thrilled didn't need to be replaced at this time.
